  • Andrew Loots

    Chief Executive Officer

    Andrew Loots joined the Twinsaver Group as Chief Executive Officer in December 2018. Andrew reports to the Chairman of the group and work closely with the Board and the Executive to execute the strategy of the organisation.

    Andrew was with the Anglo American Group for 25 years and held several senior leadership positions, mostly responsible for operations. He holds Mechanical Engineering and MBA degrees.

    Andrew is married to Adrie and they have three boys. They enjoy the outdoors and like to spend time together in nature.

  • Chevonne Wilkins

    Marketing Director

    Chevonne Wilkins joined Twinsaver Group as Marketing Director in June 2015.  She is responsible for building and maintaining a profitable brand portfolio through the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans across the business.

    Prior to joining Twinsaver Group, Chevonne has over 15 years’ experience in the FMCG industry where she has held various marketing and commercial roles across personal care and food and beverage industries.

    A “home-body” who enjoys spending time with family and friends, she would like to leave a legacy of having made a positive difference to the organisation and its people.

    She holds a BA degree and Post Graduate diploma in Marketing Management from UNISA.

  • Joanne Gould

    Chief Operating Officer (Joint) – Tissue

    Joanne Gould joined Twinsaver Group as a Chief Operating Officer in 2015. She is responsible for ensuring the commercial performance of the Group to create value across the business.

    Prior to joining Twinsaver Group, Joanne spent over 20 years in marketing and general management in FMCG both within SA and internationally. During her time, she held several senior marketing roles and leadership positions (Managing Director) across an array of FMCG multi-national companies including Best Foods (now Unilever), SC Johnson, Coca-Cola and Kimberly-Clark.

    Joanne is married with grown up children. She enjoys all things sporty and active, and travelling – she has visited 60 countries, and loves experiencing their culture and food.

    Joanne has served on several boards including the Marketing Association of SA and the Advertising Standards Authority of SA and holds a National Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management.

  • Jacques Rossouw

    Financial Director

    Jacques started his career as a trainee accountant at PwC in 2000 and within 6 months was promoted to national manager looking after 26 offices nationwide, focussing on risk management, financial budgeting and reporting, streamlining best practice and learning and education in the middle market sector.

    In 2008 Jacques joined Harmony Gold as a financial manager and was instrumental in the re-implementation of Oracle and the integration of the supply chain department with the operational finance department. In 2009 he moved to their corporate office, gaining two years’ experience in corporate reporting and taxation.

    In 2011 Jacques join JSE listed Keaton Energy Holdings Limited (KEH) as their Chief Financial Officer. Notable achievements during my tenure at KEH included; the acquisition of two coal mining groups, one of which was ASX listed, re-financing of the KEH group with a R350 million term facility, the implementation of a Black Empowerment re-structuring transaction, the implementation of a group wide ERP system (SAP) on time and on budget, the turnaround of two loss making operations, the disposal of the group’s KZN anthracite operations, the disposal of KEH to Wescoal Holdings Ltd at a 200% premium to the KEH share price.

    Following the disposal of Keaton to Wescoal he joined Wescoal as financial consultant on a one year fixed term contract to assist with the integration of the two businesses, implementation of SAP across the group and oversee financial reporting.

    Jacques joined the Twinsaver Group in September 2018 as Financial Director.

  • Nitesh Munnisunker

    Operations Director

    Nitesh is a seasoned Operations Executive with years of Operations, Lean and World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Production & Project Management experience in the Sugar and Chemical Industries at a senior and executive level of leadership. He spent 9 years working for AECI Chemicals in their Specialty Chemicals Company, ChemSystems, as the Operations Director. He left AECI to join an American owned, Global Chemical Manufacturing Company, SI Group, as the Operations Director for the South African Manufacturing sites. The global manufacturing experience has helped him develop sound manufacturing systems and benchmark his operations against industry best practices. He specializes in general management of multiple large and complex manufacturing sites that are driven by the highest standards of safety, productivity and cost-efficiency.

    Nitesh holds a BSC Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (UKZN). He has also completed the AECI Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) with GIBS Business School aimed at enabling senior managers earmarked for advancement to executive general management, to integrate different management disciplines that are not their core discipline, and to translate the organizational and business strategy into measurable outcomes within the organization.

    Married to Sashni and with a young son together, Nitesh enjoys traveling the world as a family and making new memories.

  • Wanda Chase

    Customer Management Director

    Wanda Chase joined the dynamic Executive Leadership team at the Twinsaver Group as Customer Management Director in 2017. She is responsible for leading the customer marketing, key account and sales operations teams to deliver business and brand strategies.

    Prior to joining the Twinsaver Group, Wanda spent 17 years with Procter&Gamble in leadership roles within Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

    Outside of the office, Wanda enjoys spending time with family and friends,  extensive travel, new dining experiences and spending time in nature, hiking, mountain biking or on safari.

    Wanda holds a BBusSci Marketing from the University of Cape Town.

  • Anna-Marie Viljoen

    Group Product Supply Director

    Anna-Marie Viljoen joined Twinsaver Group as a Product Supply Director in 2018. She is responsible for leading the end to end Supply Chain, including the network across Manufacturing and Supply Chain involved in the creation of a product from source materials and its eventual delivery to the end user.

    Prior to joining the Twinsaver Group, Anna-Marie spent over 20 years in general management and supply chains in South Africa, Africa and internationally where she held several senior management and executive roles in the Motor Industry, Leather Industry and FMCG multi-national companies including BMW, Kimberly Clark and SC Johnson.

    Anna-Marie treasures her family life and enjoys travelling the world with her husband, striving to once a year include a trip to one of the many ski resorts in Europe.

    Anna-Marie holds a B.Com Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Pretoria, a diploma in Organisation and Method studies from the Technikon of Pretoria, and an advanced leadership diploma from the University of Switzerland.
